In Hot Hatha, you will experience a series of postures, each posture held for a period of time with a short pause in between each pose.
This class is very appropriate for beginners as we teach to each students’ level of experience and understanding.
This is also a class that will be appreciated by veteran yogis and particularly athletes. The benefits include cardiovascular health, mental well-being, natural weight management, and increasing your strength and flexibility.
This is a great class to compliment any sport you play, ski, hike, bike, run, paddle, dancers, artists, young/teenage athletes, and older adventurers!
Expect a lot of feedback on proper form and alignment.
Expect a little over half of the class to consist of standing poses, with the remaining class time to be spent on the floor.
